Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains what information DigiPulse ("we", "us") collects when you use digipulse.dev and our Telegram channel, and what we do with it. We collect as little as possible: we do not require accounts, we do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
Who is responsible
The website is operated by Maksym Mitin, Germany. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Outbound clicks. When you click a link to a store, we record which offer was clicked, the time, the page or channel the click came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to count clicks per store and product. We do not store your IP address with this record and we do not link clicks to a person.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we store your name, email address and message so we can reply. We keep these messages for up to 24 months, then delete them.
- Technical server logs. Like every website, our servers process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. These logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a limited time; we do not use them to identify you.
Cookies
DigiPulse itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you click through to a store, that store or its affiliate network may set cookies on its own website to attribute your purchase to us. Those cookies are governed by the store's own privacy policy.
Third-party services
To display pages, your browser may load resources from third parties, which then receive your IP address:
- content delivery networks for page styling and charts (cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com);
- game cover images hosted by stores and their image servers (for example Steam);
- Telegram, if you use our Telegram channel.
Price data is obtained from stores, public price APIs and affiliate networks; this does not involve your personal data.
Why we process data (legal bases)
- Click statistics and security logs: our legitimate interest in running, measuring and protecting the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Contact messages: to answer your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children
DigiPulse is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
